Hodes Row development proposal: response from Camden Council
This particular developer has a long history of proposals for the site, the most recent of this was wholesomely rejected by a full Council meeting open to the public. The attached document details planning officers’ response to the latest proposal as well as giving the history of previous attempts by this developer. Members are invited to attend proceedings at the Town Hall, Judd Street on 13th December, as part of a residents’ deputation to support an objection submission.

Tyre Vandalism
in the MNA area
There have been a number of incidents over recent weeks and months in which residents have found screws or nails in their tyres. Roads affected include Courthope, Savernake, Estelle and Shirlock. Residents are urged to keep an eye out for loose screws or nails in the road, or any suspicious behaviour near cars.
Gospel Oak Safer Neighbourhood Police are aware of this problem and ask for
all reports to be sent to Gospeloak.SNT@met.police.uk, or leave a message on
0208 721 2015 with contact details if you wish to be called back.
